Ik vergat er bij te vermelden, dat dat ding natuurlijk ook kan vertalen. In ongeveer 3 seconden. Je kunt er van vinden wat je vindt, maar here goes for my English friends:

Dear family, friends, and acquaintances,

The Hezemans are embarking on another adventure! This time, we'll take you on our road trip through America, starting in Halifax (Nova Scotia, Canada) and ending in Vancouver (Canada). We'll cover approximately 6,500 kilometers, or just over 4,000 miles, in 26/27 days, traveling in a camper similar to the one shown in the first photo, or in a similar vehicle - we're not exactly sure yet. We'll be provided with a "run of the fleet" camper for four or six people, so it may even be a little bigger.

We won't be alone this time! Nelleke's brother, Paul, will be joining us on the journey. We'll depart from Schiphol on May 3rd and meet Paul in the late evening of the same day at a hotel in Halifax. The following day, the three of us will pick up the camper, and our journey will begin, as indicated on the map.

The route on the map is just a sample route. Our exact route will depend on various circumstances, such as the weather and how well we're progressing that day. If the weather is still too cold, we'll likely head further south, where temperatures will be higher. If the weather is good, we'll probably follow the route shown above. We've already selected the first two campsites, but after that, it'll be a daily adventure, and we'll see where we end up.

We'll be making this trip in what's called a "relocation camper." We'll be relocating the camper for the rental company from Halifax to Vancouver within a predetermined timeframe. What's certain is that we'll be driving through America.

On behalf of my wife Nelleke and her brother Paul, I, Matty, would like to invite you to join us on our journey through my blog. I'll write regular updates and share photos, but this will depend on various factors, such as arranging "decent internet" on the road. Distances in America are vast, and internet access isn't equally available everywhere. However, I'll try to write a brief update with accompanying photos every few days.

We're excited for you to be a part of our journey, but please don't feel obligated to follow along. You can sign up with your email address to receive an email notification for each new blog post.

We hope you'll follow us on our journey!

See you on our blog!

Warm regards, Matty, Nelleke, and Paul.
